All records, interviews, and personal information of the client will remain completely confidential and no photos, video or other evidence will be made public without written consent.

No Charge for Investigations:

When choosing LSPIR as your investigation team, our clients are guaranteed discreet, courteous, professional service at absolutely no charge.
Donations are always welcome and appreciated although, they are never expected.
All donations are used for equipment reimbursement, travel expenses, meals and various other team acquired expenses.

For Owners of Haunted (or potentially haunted) Businesses:

If you like the idea of earning extra income for having your location recognized by the public as a haunted property, LSPIR would be more than willing to advertise your business as such. Once our team has come in, investigated your business and found evidence of paranormal activity, we will gladly display ads to your business on our website advertising it as a haunted location in the region.LSPIR does NOT charge businesses for investigations. All investigations conucted by this team are done so free of charge.
