Spring Hill
Cemetery
Case
# 2

Date: March 8th, 2008

Investigators Present: Al, Wanda, John and Robyn

Equipment Used: Digital Cameras, HDD Digital Video
Camera, EMF detectors, IR Thermometers, Digital Voice Recorders, Night Vision
Scope.

This was a spur of the moment investigation with a small team. We had another investigation
planned for that evening but, that case was postponed to a later date. Some of
us decided to get together anyway and go up to the cemetery.

This place intrigues us because it’s never a disappointing trip. There is a lot of history
in the small, out of the way graveyard. Much of it is violent. There is a
strong sense of sadness, anger, hatred and fear in this place. And there is
always activity.

On this night, the activity seemed to be triple what it usually is when we go. In all
of the times our team members have visited this cemetery, this night was the
most active of all!

For me, it seemed to start when the doors to my van locked while I was sitting in the
passenger seat of my vehicle. There was no one near the Lock button on the
driver’s side door, since it was closed. And the button on my keychain was
lying on my leg, face up with nothing around it to bump it or press it.

At one point Al took note of a temperature drop near the vehicles at the west end of the
cemetery. We stood there asking questions, taking pictures and reading the temp
changes. I stood there with my hand out asking whatever was there to touch me.
After about 3 minutes I began to feel a electrical shock sensation in my hand
as it was extended outward. My thumb on that hand was much colder than the rest
of my fingers on that hand. Some of the pictures taken at that time seem to
show something was actually happening.

There was also a mysterious phantom odor that was encountered first by Wanda, then by the
rest of the group later in the evening. It didn’t stay in the same spot,
either. It moved as we moved trying to figure out where the scent was coming
from. We were never able to find the source of that smell. To describe the
odor, one would have to say it smelled of sweat and fear. Much the same as a
strong body odor would smell.

A Sheriff’s Deputy came into the cemetery three separate times to check on things. The last
time the group went over to speak with the officer and his passenger. We stood
there for a time talking when all of a sudden something semi sharp and hard
poked me in the left side of my lower back. Of course, I yelled out and spun
around to find no one there. The rest of the group was in front of me to my
left.

It was around that same time that both Al’s and my EMF detectors went off briefly for
no apparent reason. Wanda, carrying an ELF meter most of the night, noted that
her device was in the red (Danger) area for quite some time until finally going
back to green.

Both Al and Wanda did also say that during the course of our brief impromptu investigation they
had feelings of being touched as well. Al mentioned that he had a feeling of
extreme pressure on his chest. Wanda mentioned that she felt a slight tug on
her skirt when there was no one there or nothing to snag it on.

This was most definitely the most active we have ever experienced this cemetery in all
the times we have gone there. The spirits that reside there were surely playful
and mischievous that night. It is the hope of LSPIR that when we go back with
our generator and IR cameras, the ghosts of that graveyard will pay us another
visit and let us know they are with us once again.

These are just a few of the pictures taken that night. These first four are some that Al took. Great orb shots!

These are the pics that I took that night. The first is just a very pretty picture of some orbs in the air...

This next one is one that was taken next to the infamous Hanging Tree in the center of the cemetery.

The white blur was not seen by anyone present at the time and the second photo was taken only seconds later, the anomaly is gone.

This next one was taken of my hand during the temperature drop and the electrical sensation. Keep in mind, my thumb felt 40 degrees colder than the rest of my hand.

This photo was taken of my van when my camera wouldn't focus on anything. I tried to get it to focus on something so, I shot my van. Here's what I caught...

Here's the same picture lightened so you can see the mist more clearly.

Next are some photos taken by John...the first one shows a green orb just to the right of center...

This one is of a gold orb...

Now, this last one is the most intriguing. Each one of our investigators has gone over this photo and we are still unable to explain what exactly the image in the photo is. We do have plans to go back to the cemetery, find this exact location and see what, if anything is actually there in that same spot.

UPDATE: The team has been back to the cemetery since this investigation. This exact spot where this unusual image was captured was observed by several of our investigators from various angles. There is nothing in this area that even remotely resembles this figure. Unfortunately, the investigators that took pictures to prove there is nothing there are no longer with LSPIR. We do not have access to those photographs.

As I have stated, this cemetery intrigues us and keeps us coming back. As long as we have permission of the property's owner, LSPIR will continue to investigate Spring Hill Cemetery. In time, it is our hope to find the answers as to why the spirits of this graveyard linger there.

NOTE: Several EVPS were also captured that night and they have been posted on our EVP page! Please, take a listen!
