Date- June 6^th, 2008

Time: Team arrived at 8:00pm to begin initial client interview. Equipment set up began approximately 9:00pm.

Investigators Present: John, Max, Gayle, Amy, Kristi, Robyn

Initially LSPIR was sent to the location to investigate two homes located on the same plot of land. Unfortunately, the two homes were too far apart to set up the DVR and IR cameras inside both houses. The team made the decision to go ahead and investigate the most reportedly active home on the property. This is the residence of the parents of the woman whom requested out help. Her house is located behind her parent’s home.

An interview and walkthrough of both homes were done with Ellen, the initial contact. First Ellen took us through her home and described activity there. A recently built house, it had a more open floor plan with the kitchen and family room the main area of the home. Ellen described seeing a small boy walk through the hallway in the area of the front door. She also noted some activity in the bathroom of
the master bedroom. One report mentioned her dog, which she says the entity does not like, was found locked inside the bathroom of the master bedroom when no one was in the home.

Reports include activity on the premises outside both homes. Ellen describes a horse being seen between the two homes once when there were no horses anywhere in the vicinity. The team believes there may be some residual energy here.

Ellen then took us through her parent’s house and described activity that reported by just about everyone in the home. The family claims to hear noises, see shadows and the like almost daily. Reports of shadows, lights, figures seen moving in mirrors, water being turned on in the bathroom, voices heard whispering and
most notably, two family members reported seeing a “rat-like” creature with the face of a human. One witness to this creature reported that the face resembled that of an uncle. Another member stated that when this creature was seen the second time, it was allegedly seen perched on the chest of the sleeping mother and appeared to be sucking the breath from her mouth. A vaporous substance was seen coming from the mother’s mouth to the creature’s mouth.

The family did tell the team that an uncle had died in the living room of the house a few years earlier. The cause of death was unknown but, may have been a heart attack. The uncle was reported to be in his early 60’s at the time of his death.

This family has suffered loss of family members in this house. Ellen, herself, lost a baby at 7 months gestation in the bathroom of the house. The family believes this child is one of the many spirits said to reside here.

The parent’s residence has undergone tremendous remodeling over the years. The family has added on room after room onto the original structure. The team believes that this continuous remodeling may be keeping activity going. Though, they say it’s been a few years since the last of the remodeling was completed, activity still occurs on a daily basis.

The Investigation:

The team set up Cent Comm. outside the home on the porch. The team split into two separate groups and began
doing EVP session in the rooms alleged to have the most activity.

Team A consisted of Max, Gayle and Robyn. They entered what has become known as the Green Room. This bedroom is located off the end of a small hallway containing another bedroom and a
bathroom. The doorway to this hallway is just off the dining room.

The Green Room made an immediate impression on investigators due to the fact it was much colder than any other room in the house. When the air vent was investigated, it was found to be inoperable. There appeared to be no air conditioning ventilation coming into the
room. The team also observed that one area was colder than the others. This area of the room was just inside the door to the left next to the wall.

The room is approximately 10x10 ft in size and contains one double bed, two dressers and a glass and wood corner shelving unit housing a collection of ceramic clowns. The walls are dark green wood paneling and there are two very large mirrored pictures hanging on two of them. One of these is located above the head of the bed and the other to the left of the door. There is a small closet and one small window without blinds or curtains. This room used by a son, his wife and their young child.

The initial EVP session was conducted in the Green Room, the bathroom and down the short hallway to other bedroom.
The second bedroom is a smaller one that the Green Room and has a second part, another room off the side of that one. There are collections of various items throughout these two small rooms as well. The first room contains a number of dolls on several shelves. In the other room off that one is a collection of unusual phones. This small, side room is currently being used as an office and houses a computer desk and computer.

Ellen had reported to the team during the walkthrough that this small office had been
used to conduct a séance by her brothers many years ago. Some very strange
things are alleged to have occurred during that séance.

Team A continued to try to make contact in the bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. At one point, Max entered the bathroom and was heard yelling to Gayle and Robyn to come in quickly and take pictures. As Gayle took pictures, Robyn held the KII meter up to his back as he stood at the sink facing the mirror. He said that he had been overcome with goose bumps and felt something touch him on the back. The KII meter did light
up twice as soon as it came close to him but, then all activity ceased just as quickly as it it begun.

We did hear some noises that sounded like something ticking in the smaller of the two rooms briefly when asking for sign but, we were unable to determine the cause of the sounds.

Team B, consisting of Amy, John and Kristi first investigated the master bedroom in the home where the creature resembling a rat with a human face was alleged to be seen on top of the sleeping mother. Their experiences will be reported in their own words later in the report.

The two groups did switch locations to see if the different groups managed to see, hear, feel or experience anything differently than the first group had.

EMF readings were taken in both rooms. While the Green Room had very low (00.01 mG) readings, the master bedroom did have much higher readings.

John had taken EMF readings in the Master Bedroom while Group B was conducting their EVP session and he reported that EMF readings were high at waist level but dropped any higher or lower than this. He was not able to find a cause for these high readings.

When Group A did their investigation and EVP session in the that bedroom, Robyn and Max were able to find the high readings that John described. In certain areas of the room, at waist height, the EMF meter would go as high as 20-30 milliguass (mG). Those readings would lower if you moved
forward or backward, higher or lower. After searching, the group was able to trace the source of those high EMF readings to electrical outlets hidden behind furniture and other items. These high readings may account for the unease the family tends to feel while in this room.

Eventually both groups came together and decided the two best places to conduct Ghost Box sessions would be in the Master Bedroom and the Green Room. We started the first one the Green Room and spent approximately one full hour asking questions. The investigation ended after the second Ghost Box session in the Master Bedroom. During the Ghost Box session in that Master Bedroom, both KII meters did go off at the same time very briefly. The meters had been placed on either side of the bed approx 5 feet apart.

The following are personal experiences that members of the team had during the course of this investigation. They are told by the investigators in their own words.

John-When we were in the Green Room the first time I was sitting on the edge of the bed looking out the door. Kristi or Amy was behind me snapping pictures, when the flash of their camera went off I thought I saw an outline of a figure approximately 3ft tall standing in the hall next to the bathroom door. I asked them to flash the camera again to see if it was a play of light and the outline was not there. Then when we were in the green room again using the Ghost Box I kept getting the feeling of being watched out the window. One time sensation was so overwhelming it gave me Goosebumps. That is about the same time we were getting something about a portal from the box.

Robyn-While doing the Ghost Box session in the Green bedroom, I was sitting on the bed in the corner next to a shelf of ceramic clowns. I had been sitting on the edge of the right side of the bed with both feet on the floor. At one point, in an effort to get more comfortable, I stretched my left arm out and put my hand on the bed to support myself. My hand was toward the very center of the bed. John had also been sitting on the bed but, on the opposite side. He also had his hand propping him up. Our hands were only about 3 inches apart. When the questions being asked of the Ghost Box seemed to get a little intense and it appeared as though we were in fact getting responses, I felt a very strong vibration under my hand. It felt as though the bed was being shaken violently in one small area, just beneath my hand. It was almost as though a motor was running under the bed. I immediately withdrew my hand and asked John if he felt the movement too. He did not.

No one else in the room had felt any type of rumbling, vibrating movement of any kind either on the bed or in the floor. To this day, I cannot explain why I felt what I did and no one else did. There is no explanation for what could have caused that vibration.

Half way through the session, maybe 10-15 minutes after feeling the vibration in the bed, I had this very intense feeling like something was telling me to “Get out of that corner!” The feeling was very distinct and I did feel
as though I was being threatened. It was a frightening experience.

I got up and Gayle took my seat. I took her place standing near the door next to where Max was standing. During the time I was standing there I remember feeling like a rush going through me. It was almost like getting hit in the chest with an exploding softball except there was nothing solid hitting me. The feeling of energy in my chest was just as real had it been a softball hitting me there. Max also reported feeling like
something went rushing past him at the same moment I felt the rush. He claimed to feel the sensation of someone brushing past him on his right, which was where I was standing at the time.

Amy-This investigation was an interesting one for me since the homeowner was the parents of a coworker, Ellen. Ellen would have a story almost every week to tell me and I was itching to get over there. Upon arrival I was amazed at the home. The home had been revamped and changed so many times that very little of it was left the way it had been originally built. It was this feeling of amazement that overtook me and I couldn't tell if that was a sign of spirits in the home or just my being fascinated with it.

When the investigation began we started in the master bedroom. In this room I constantly felt the feeling of being pushed. (I would stand still and yet I would rock back and forth) I also felt several breezes blow by me and
the feeling of a small child tugging on my camera. This particular room was an addition to the house and was not part of the original structure.

The room referred to as the green room was an interesting one. When entering this room I heard something on the ground hissing at me and scurry away. I was not able to get a visual and although the homeowner has cats there were not any in the room at the time. The temperature in this room was significantly cooler than the rest of the house, despite the AC being shut off before we arrived. During a ghost box session in this room there were a few instances where I was literally chilled to the bone.

As I walked through the rest of the house I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary, outside of an occasional cool breeze blowing past me. The ghost box sessions were really interesting and I know that there were several entities in the home. I'm looking forward to an overnight in this location.

Evidence:

Photographs taken at the scene revealed nothing unusual. There were a few that captured orbs but, these could be discounted as possible bugs or moisture in the air.

Audio was collected by means of both EVP sessions and Ghost Box sessions. A female voice was heard singing, humming and speaking during an EVP session conducted by Max, Gayle and Robyn in the area of the Green Room, bathroom, hallway and the second bedroom in that area. The voice was not heard at the time of the session by any of the investigators present.

Ghost Box session in both the Green Room and Master Bedroom did yield some surprising results. Several voices were heard speaking, answering questions and relaying messages. These voices could not be discounted as merely radio station broadcasts since they could be heard on various stations as the radio scanned through them all. Video from the DVR was reviewed and on camera 3, which was set up in the living room of the home, a smoke-like fog was captured coming from the right and moving downward before totally dissipating. This fog was captured twice within a 35 minute time span. It was later debunked as being an air fresher on a timer that would spray a mist into the room at 35 minute intervals.

There is a clip of video where one of the cats comes into the living room and faces the couch for a approx 90 seconds. At one point, while the cat is looking up toward the direction of the couch, two orbs can be seen coming from the couch, one up high the other down low, toward the cat. The higher of the two orbs appears to “float” down over the top of the cat’s back. The cat also appears to respond to this orb with a movement similar to that of being petted by a hand. I am including this clip into evidence because it cannot be debunked for certain.

Conclusion:

The family has reported that since the team investigated the first time, activity has increased immensely. A full bodied apparition of a man seen walking from the room just off the master bedroom through the dining room and into the hallway area between the green room and other bedroom area was reported by the grandson of the homeowners. Another member of the family has reported seeing a “rod” in the area of the living
room.

LSPIR will be doing a more thorough, overnight investigation in the same location on June 28^th, 2008.

It is the team’s hopes that we can collect more valid evidence of paranormal activity in the home.

At this time, LSPIR does recognize some level of paranormal activity given the audio evidence collected during the
first investigation.
