Spring Hill Cemetery Case #3
Spring Hill Cemetery Investigation #3
Investigators Present-
Al, Wanda, Melissa, John and Robyn
This was LSPIR’s third
formal investigation at Spring Hill Cemetery. And while it was a mostly quiet
night, there were a few instances of activity here and there throughout the
course of the investigation. At one point, Wanda, John, Melissa and Robyn are
standing together along the edge of the interior section of the southern side
of the graveyard. A cold spot could be felt by all present. That cold spot seemed
to move among them, going over shoulders and down around waists. It made
equipment colder than it normally would be on such a warm and humid night.
A few times shadows could
be seen walking and darting along the south side of the cemetery on the road. As
investigators would walk up the road toward the east, the shadows were dart
across the road, as if to taunt them as they walked ahead, glancing back every
now and then. Both Melissa and John saw this apparition with their own eyes.
And amazingly, both of them took pictures which seem to have captured this
elusive shadowman!
A few separate occasions
throughout the course of the investigation that night, the van doors would lock
on their own. On at least two occasions, this happened in front of
investigators while they could plainly see the key FOB was not being touched at
all by the van's owner. This kind of activity, as well as the mist picture captured
of the van in the previous investigation, has been reported oftn. It would
appear that the spirits of Spring Hill Cemetery like to play with this
particular auto.
Aside from these few
personal experiences, this night’s investigation was rather a quiet one. It
will also be the last for months to come for the team of LSPIR. Due to the
warmer weather, increase in insect activity and the changes being made at the
cemetery itself, LSPIR will not be back to investigate Spring Hill Cemetery for
awhile.
We would like to thank the
Deputies working in the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office for supporting us,
allowing us to investigate there and saving us from situations that could have
been potentially harmful to our team.
LSPIR has the utmost
respect for those people buried at Spring Hill Cemetery and their loved ones
that still come to pay their respects.
We are grateful to all of
those whom have allowed us the opportunity to conduct our research into life
after death and the existence of spirits at this location. It has been an eye
opening experience investigating there. This one place has provided us with
more evidence than we ever thought imaginable.
Special thanks to the owner
of the cemetery for allowing us onto your property. It’s been a wonderful
thrill ride!
Here are some pictures taken during this investigation:
This first one is of the north western section of the road and the entrance into the cemetery. This photo was taken by Robyn on a Nikon D40x shortly before sundown. You may not see anything right away but, look closely behind the fence on the other side of the road.
Here's that same picture with the two areas of interest circled.
Cropped versions of the images in above picture....
These next photos were taken by our Technical Director, John Howard. His show what appears to be the elusive shadowman in one photo and then the apparition disappears in a photo taken only seconds later.
And in this photo, he is gone....John has circled the exact same area on both photographs.
Cropped photos of those areas...Yes, the pixelation makes it difficult but, you can tell there is nothing in the second photo that was clearly there in the first.
These next shots are pictures that our Co Founder Melissa captured in the sam area as John's photos and seemingly, of the same shadowman!
Cropped image...
During the time the investigators encountered the cold spot, the photographs revealed some orb activity.
More orbs caught on camera that night...
This photo was taken with a Panasonic digital camera on nightshot mode. This streak up the left side of the picture is of unknown origin. It could possibly be a bug but, that has not been verified. It would seem that whatever created this streak would have to been emitting it's own light in order to leave a continuous streak up the entire side of the photograph.
And finally, we have an unidentified critter captured on camera peeking out from behind a tree.
Cropped, closer look...
If anyone has information or an opinion about what may or may not be the cause for some of the images that appear in these photos, please feel free to discuss them on our forums here. We always encourage discussion of all evidence that LSPIR presents on our website.
