This is video of the walkie talkie incident. At this point, the walkie talkie on Robyn's hip begins to call as though someone had hit or bumped the call button. This feature calls to other walkie talkies. Soon the call stopped and the walkie talkie began to scan through channels on it's own. As the scanning continued, the battery level on the unit, which was full just prior to this incident, was now to 1/4 capacity.

As soon as everything stopped and Robyn got the walkie talkie back to it's original channel, the battery life was back up to full capacity without being charged. We could not find any logical explanation for why this incident occurred.
